Security Guard - Armed

Site Location: Joplin, Missouri

Schedule

Full-Time, set schedule:

• Saturday through Sunday, 1st Shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Wednesday through Thursday, 2nd Shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Current/Valid CPR certification is preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• 1 year of armed experience required
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
