Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or designated access points, document observations and incidents, and report maintenance, life-related, and/or property concerns through proper channels.
• Support emergency response activities, assist with directional information and general assistance, and help maintain an orderly environment for tenants and visitors.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
