Security Guard 1st Shift

Description

Makes hourly rounds to check trailer temps, room temps, and gates. Monitors all associates entering and exiting the building, including car traffic. Scales trailers in and out. Answers switchboard after hours. Bills loads. Implements company policies. Operates company-owned vehicles. Inspects trailers for cleanliness and operability. Receives shipments of supplies and raw materials.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong computer skills
• Prioritizes security experience
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to walk more than one mile, on varying terrain, in all weather and up/down stairs
• Works without direct supervision
• Communicates effectively under stress
• Shows attention to detail
• Displays professional attitude
• Willing to work any shift
