We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have job description: includes intro about company, benefits, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing environment, growth, etc. That's about role? Could be "About the role" content: "Recognized by Newsweek... If you want to work in an environment where you can become your best possible self, join us! You’ll earn more than a paycheck; you can find opportunities to grow your career through professional development, as well as ongoing programs catered to your overall health and wellness." That's about role. - Responsibilities: we have a big list under "Responsibilities". Use
  • . - Qualifications: includes Education and Experience, Certifications, Licenses, And Other Special Requirements, Management/Decision Making, Knowledge And Skills, Physical Demands and Working Conditions. Could be split into sections: Qualifications (maybe includes Education and Experience, Certifications, etc.), Skills (Knowledge And Skills), maybe Benefits separate. But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. The posting includes "Qualifications" section with subparts. Could map Education and Experience etc to Qualifications. Knowledge And Skills could go to Skills. Physical Demands maybe part of Qualifications or Requirements? There's also "Requirements" heading maybe for certifications/license? But we have "Certifications, Licenses, And Other Special Requirements". That could be Requirements. We also have Benefits detailed: Full suite of health insurance etc. So Benefits section. Pay: "Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience." That's vague but it's actual statement about pay. It says base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. That's not a specific number but it's still content about pay. According to rules: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they state "Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience." That's somewhat vague but it's still stating that pay is based on skills/experience. Is that considered filler? It's similar to "commensurate with experience". The instruction says avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". This is essentially same idea. So we should NOT create a Pay section because it's just filler. So omit Pay. Schedule: no mention of schedule specifics. Not present. So omit Schedule. Requirements: we could use for Certifications, Licenses, And Other Special Requirements. Also maybe "Education and Experience" could be Qualifications. But we have both Qualifications and Requirements headings. We need to decide. We have "Qualifications" heading in the posting: "Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications, Licenses, And Other Special Requirements Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid training. For positions that require travel between locations or the transportation of residents, associate must have a valid driver’s license. Management/Decision Making Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with little independent judgment. Problems are generally solved with clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor. Knowledge And Skills Has a basic level of a skill and can follow written or verbal instructions. Has basic technical skills to complete a few repetitive and well-defined duties. Has a basic knowledge of the organization in order to answer basic questions. Physical Demands and Working Conditions StandingRequires interaction with co-workers, residents or vendorsWalkingSittingOccasional weekend, evening or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage.Use hands and fingers to handle or feelOn-Call on an as needed basisReach with hands and armsPossible exposure to communicable diseases and infectionsClimb or balanceStoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlTalk or hearExposure to latexAbility to lift: Up to 50 poundsPossible exposure to blood-borne pathogensRequires Travel: OccasionallyVision" Thus we can map: - Qualifications: Education and Experience (maybe also Management/Decision Making? but that's more about decision making). Could put Education and Experience under Qualifications. - Requirements: Certifications, Licenses, And Other Special Requirements (Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid training, driver's license if needed). Also maybe Management/Decision Making? but that's more about decision making. - Skills: Knowledge And Skills (basic level, technical skills, knowledge of organization). - Benefits: detailed benefits. - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: list. We should be
    • . We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. At end there is "Brookdale is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace." plus About Us section (which is more company description). The About Us may be considered boilerplate? It's describing company but not specific to role. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About Us is not exactly legal boilerplate but could be considered company overview; but we might keep if it's substantive? However we already have About the role; About Us may be redundant. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The About Us section includes details: "Brookdale is a Great Place to Be: Gracious hospitality and neighborliness for our residents and families.Home-like feel and all-around comfort for residents and visiting family members.Entertaining events and gatherings so our residents can find connections in groups and 1:1 settings.Industry leader in clinical care.Nationwide company with 589 communities as of November 30, 2025, offering many opportunities to grow and learn as a sales professional.Extensive corporate support including a robust training program." This is substantive about company, not role. Should we include? There's no heading for About Us in our allowed headings. Could we put it under About the role? Might be okay to extend About the role with that info. But About the role currently is about environment, growth, etc. Adding company details may be okay. However we must not invent headings. We could add a paragraph under About the role that includes that. But we must not duplicate lines. The About Us is not duplicated elsewhere. So we could incorporate it into About the role section. But we need to decide if we should create a separate section like "About the company"? Not allowed headings. So we incorporate into About the role. Thus final HTML:
