Security-FT-Flex Shift (The Starling Hotel)
About the role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Security Guard to join their team. SHG is an organization committed to hospitality, respect, authenticity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts
- Checks doors and stairwells to ensure they are secure
- Responds to complaints and calls for help
- Purchases, maintains, and monitors security cameras and alarm systems
- Escorts unruly patrons and loiterers from the property
- Aids in securing taxis for inebriated guests
- Fills out reports at the end of each shift
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years in a Security role
- High School education, with post-high school education preferred, and Peace Officer training preferred
Qualifications
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Authoritative verbal communication skills. Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of the property and buildings layout.

Compensation Range: 17.00
