Security Foreman

About the role

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Site Foreman specializing in the installation of Security Systems such as access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection to support field operations on active project sites in Atlanta, GA. The Site Foreman will provide daily leadership and coordination for field personnel, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project schedules. This role serves as the primary link between field crews, project management, and site stakeholders to maintain productivity and project progress.

Please note: this position is notional and contingent upon the award of a government contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field operations and workforce activities.
• Communicate project priorities, schedules, and site requirements to field personnel.
• Monitor job site progress and identify potential issues that could impact schedules or productivity.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates to project leadership.
• Coordinate resources, workforce coverage, and daily work assignments.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, site procedures, and client requirements.
• Maintain communication between field teams, management, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor, or related field leadership role.
• Strong background in the installation and troubleshooting of security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction or field environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and project success.

Pay

$35 hourly
