As a Security Officer Enhanced Part‑Time Unarmed Patrol Route Driver in Alvarado, TX, you will be assigned to a specific site with reliable, consistent hours and the ability to pick up additional shifts for extra earnings.

This role includes a six‑month commitment to a designated “anchor shift” while offering the Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift program, allowing you to work part‑time one week and full‑time the next, and to scale back as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout luxury retail sales areas, fitting rooms, stock areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns according to site‑specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a high‑end retail environment.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements (required for driving positions).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements as dictated by state and/or local regulations, if applicable.

Pay

$16.31 per hour

Schedule

Daytime – Sunday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (anchor shift). Additional shifts may be picked up through the scheduling platform.
