Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, exterior areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
