Security Flex Officer - Corporate Office

This role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a healthcare and laboratory location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, laboratories, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working conditions varying throughout the location.
• Monitor access points, observe activity near restricted and sensitive areas, and document and report security-related concerns, incidents, and policy violations.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and disruptive activity through a professional presence and prompt reporting of unusual conditions.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Pay Rate: $18.85 / Hour

Schedule

Job Schedule DayTimeTue09:00 PM - 05:00 AM

Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites.
