Security Fire Officer - Manufacturing Facility

About the role

As a Security Fire Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or site policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity according to site requirements, helping to support authorized access for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries.
• Assist with reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or operational issues observed during patrols, and follow site protocols for escalations and incident documentation.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
