Security Field Supervisor - Full Time

About the role
The Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security services on a specific shift

- Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved empowerment range
- Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
- Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
- Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
Requirements
- Active CA Guard Card
- Active State Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
- Minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy
- Security experience of 1 or more years
- Intermediate to advanced technology skills
- Level 1 Certificate (Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force Certificate)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites
- Successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Pass a Driver’s Record check if applicable
Pay
$24.00 / Hour
Schedule
Hybrid Swing Grave / Friday - Monday / 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM / 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
