Security Supervisor - Full-Time

Role Overview: This position involves managing security operations at a prominent civic center, ensuring safety for visitors, staff, and property. The role includes overseeing and training security personnel, conducting performance evaluations, and managing security technology and protocols. Responsibilities Ensure comprehensive security and safety across all facility spaces.Supervise security staff, including scheduling, training, and evaluations.Manage the security operations center and utilize security systems effectively.Conduct staff performance reviews and address personnel issues. Qualifications & Skills 7-10 years of security experience with team leadership.Active PERC certification.Strong knowledge of security procedures, technology, risk assessment, and emergency response.Ability to walk and stand for extended periods indoors and outdoors.Flexible availability for various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.High School Diploma or GED required.
