Security - Field Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and make post inspections.
• Conduct on-the-job training of new employees and assist with scheduling for call-offs or other changes.
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, ensuring appropriate communication to Operations and/or Branch Manager.
• Identify and report personnel problems to Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director.
• Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office.

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licenses and driving record meeting state and local requirements
• At least three (3) years of professional protective service experience
• Writing and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Experience in scheduling, operations management, or other leadership functions of security industry
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
