Position Overview
Shields Point, LLC, a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, is seeking a part-time Security Escort responsible for controlling access to a classified area.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain secure environment by monitoring premises and personnel.
- Secures premises and personnel by controlling access to classified building, inspecting personal belongings & incoming equipment, monitoring access points; permitting entry to qualified personnel.
- Reports irregularities; informs violators of policy and procedures; forbids entry to trespassers.
- Escorts construction personnel, remaining on-site while they work.
- Maintains situational awareness of Base & USAF Security postures (Force-con, Info-con, etc.).
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing other tasks as directed.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years security experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Security Clearance Required: Eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Knowledge of DoD and USSF Security directives, policies, & procedures
