About the role

As a Part-Time Security Officer EMT Patrol in Ambridge, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. This unarmed patrol officer role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, reporting security-related concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. A valid EMT certification and driver’s license are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Report hazards, equipment concerns, property damage, and security-related incidents through required documentation and communication channels.

Requirements

• Possess an EMT certification.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Comply with state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be needed prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position.

Pay

$24.00 / hour

• Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
