As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Patrol Driver in Manchester, NH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate at an aerospace and defense location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
