GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a GSOC Dispatch Specialist to ensure the effective and efficient flow of information from the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Control Rooms to Corporate Security Management. The SOC operates 24/7, providing comprehensive monitoring, advanced correlation, and analysis of security incidents across the enterprise.
Schedule
- Part-time, Saturday-Sunday, 3rd shift (11:00pm-7:00am)

Responsibilities
- Alarm Monitoring and CCTV Monitoring
- Conduct camera surveys
- Answer phones and operate IP-based telephone systems
- Radio dispatch using multi-channel communications
- Log radio calls and operations support
- Route call information to appropriate units for handling
- Ensure timely and effective response to incidents, alarms, notifications, and other SOC-related activities
- Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, vendors, law enforcement, and security field force via telephone, automated alarm monitoring, and radio systems
- Process and evaluate information from all available sources, responding with appropriate communication and dispatch procedures
- Coordinate with SOC staff to provide documentation supporting uniformed guard force activity (e.g., Officer Dispatch, Incident Reporting)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass any State-required training or licensing qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Communications, or related field
- Professional training and/or education in:
- Customer service
- Dispatch operations
- Security and/or emergency services
- Documented experience and competency in Security Software Systems:
- Access Control/ID systems (ProWatch preferred)
- Alarm Receiving Automation software (Onyx Works preferred)
- Incident Management and computer-assisted dispatch software
- CCTV/Video Management systems (MaxPro preferred)
- Mass Notification systems (Everbridge preferred)
- Experience in a modern 911 Call Center, Central Station Alarm Monitoring and Dispatch, or similar environment
- Ability to learn through classroom and on-the-job training
Physical Requirements and Environment
- Office environment with minimal to no exposure to extreme temperatures
- Primary activity involves working on a PC and using telephone/radio while sitting
- Limited physical effort, including some standing, bending, and stretching
- Must submit to drug screening as permissible by law
