About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Command Center Security Officer (GSOC) – a Surveillance Security Guard‑Emergency Dispatcher for the Command Center. Success in this role depends on your sharp eye and ability to capture every detail while monitoring multiple screens. As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will spot threats before they escalate in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Read and write detailed reports.
• Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience as Command Center Dispatch/Operator or in a high‑volume call center.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report‑writing skills.
• Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain a Class D Security License.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $23.50/HR (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).
