Weekend Day Shift, Saturday - Tuesday, 6:00am - 4:00pm
What you’ll do on a typical day
- Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs
- Initiate investigations in partnership with the Site Security Manager
- Conduct security audits and surveys
- Assist field operations in developing specific action plans
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships
- Develop and provide security reports
- Cultivate and maintain face-to-face working relationships
- Consult and coordinate efforts with various departments
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- Experience in a security or loss prevention environment
- Experience investigating fraudulent activities
- Experience conducting security audits
- Experience developing security/loss prevention awareness programs
- Knowledge of and experience with security systems
- Some overnight travel required (up to 10%)
