Security Coordinator - Level 3 or Level 4

About the role

This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. In this position you will work closely with senior executives, customers, and government representatives, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior executives, customers, and government representatives, both internally and externally
• Review and process required documentation in support of the SAP and SCI nomination processes
• Prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings
• Access, review and submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE, and other information systems
• Maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with customer tracking requirements
• Manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control
• Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages
• Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA)
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies/procedures
• Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254 and Issue subcontract DD254s
• Act as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing personnel security paperwork and a data transfer agent to ingress files and uploading into Government databases
• Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and Program approval/access
• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
• Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community

Pay

Primary Level Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $85,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $61,100.00 - $101,800.00

Schedule

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
