Responsibilities
- Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes and emerging compliance risks and trends to key partners and stakeholders.
- Afford assistance to business, Compliance, and other control function partners in responding to client escalations by conducting, compiling and presenting research as required.
- Remain current on emerging trends and developments, both within the local region and globally, affecting the regulatory environment.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure and physical security design.
- Broad knowledge across physical security and risk management.
- Expert in developing and administering security strategies and standards.
- General understanding of incident response, business and operational continuity, and disaster recovery, along with security's role in these processes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical partners.
- Experience identifying and communicating clear security requirements to inform and empower execution-focused teams and personnel.
- Experience building relationships with cross-functional partners and business leaders.
