Responsibilities
- Possess and prospect new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess security needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell security products and services to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (security industry or related field preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
