About the role

The Security Attendant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel at Spring Grove Hospital Center in Baltimore County.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage security personnel to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Ensure all security protocols are followed and maintained.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to maintain safety and security.
• Handle visitor management and ensure proper access control.
• Document all incidents and report them as necessary.
• Train new employees on security procedures and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of security systems and practices.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
