Responsibilities

• Maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors within the hospital facility.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and deter security breaches or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, disturbances, or security threats, and take appropriate action.
• Assist in the safe and secure transport of patients within the facility as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Provide customer service and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to security.
