About the Role
This position is essential in maintaining compliance with company safety policies, enhancing guest satisfaction through a secure environment, and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or disruption.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and effectively.
- Enforce property rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Assist guests and employees with security-related concerns.
- Complete incident reports and maintain security logs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement (preferred).
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid security license/certification (if required by state/city).
