Responsibilities

• Provide above excellent customer service.
• Have above average computer skills.
• Use multiple applications daily for emergency, security, and general assistance needs.
• Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency response according to procedures.
• Uphold compliance for regulatory needs through procedures and policies.
• Maintain CCTV systems by checking functionality and reporting maintenance needs.
• Operate, test, and perform data entry responsibilities for various security systems.
• Create and maintain reports and files, assist in additional updates.
• Multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow site-specific post guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good moral character, passing a criminal background check without felony or certain misdemeanor convictions.
• Pass a drug test at hire and annually thereafter.
• Adhere to Appearance and Grooming policy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Read and write in English, interpret safety rules, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and reports.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Physically and mentally sound, able to use hands, fingers, reach, sit, stand, walk for 8-12 hour shifts, respond to emergencies, work in/outdoors, hear conversations in noisy environments, lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a drug test at hire and annually thereafter.
• Must adhere to Appearance and Grooming policy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be physically and mentally sound.
• Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Must be able to reach with hands and arms, and to hold objects.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for 8-12 hour shifts, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs.
• Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations.
• Must be able to work in or outdoors during all seasons.
• Must be able to hear conversations (in person or via 2-way radio) in noisy environments.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Schedule

The pay range is $15.00 to $19.54 per hour. Schedules vary based on contract availability, with some sites offering full-time hours. Hours and pay details are determined by the contracts and interviews with clients and DK's hiring team.
