Responsibilities
- Provide above excellent customer service.
- Have above average computer skills.
- Use multiple applications daily for emergency, security, and general assistance needs.
- Dispatch personnel for emergency and non-emergency response following procedures and policies.
- Uphold compliance for regulatory needs.
- Maintain CCTV system functionality and report maintenance needs.
- Operate, test, and data entry responsibility for access control, fire, and security systems.
- Create and maintain reports and files.
- Assist in additional updates of reports, records, and files.
- Multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow site specific post guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Skills / Requirements
- $15.00 to $19.54 per hour.
- Part-Time schedule (some sites may offer full-time hours).
- Hiring criteria includes:
- At least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Good moral character and passing a criminal background check.
- Pass a drug test at the time of hire and annually thereafter.
- A friendly, positive, professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Read and write in the English language and interpret documents.
- Reliable transportation.
- A clean driving record with no recent violations.
- Physical requirements: physically and mentally sound, able to handle tasks, and respond to emergencies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a clean criminal background check.
- Must pass a drug test at the time of hire and annually thereafter.
- Must adhere to our Appearance and Grooming policy.
- Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to read and write in the English language and interpret documents.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a clean driving record with no recent violations.
- Must be physically and mentally sound.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms, and to hold objects.
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for 8-12 hour shifts, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs.
- Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations.
- Must be able to work in or outdoors during all seasons.
- Must be able to hear conversations (in person or via 2-way radio) in noisy environments.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
