Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Sales & Solution Design: Develop customized security and fire solutions based on client requirements and compliance standards.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and demos showcasing the value and functionality of commercial security and fire systems.
- Techical Consultation: Advise clients on best practices for system design, installation, and integration with existing infrastructure.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of solutions.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, NFPA codes, UL standards, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security/fire technology or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years in commercial security or fire system sales.
- Strong knowledge of access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and fire alarm panels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Willingness to travel overnight and perform heavy prospecting as needed.
