Security and EMS Assistant Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Manager of Security & Emergency Services (SES) in a beautiful, gated senior living community where your work truly makes a difference every day. In this dynamic leadership role, you’ll help drive a comprehensive safety program that protects and supports our residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Assist the SES Manager in the areas of program/procedural compliance, quality assurance/quality improvement, investigations, training, administrative support, and serve as the primary backup to the Security ES Manager in their absence
- Responsible for the security of the community through the use of gatehouse, patrols, access control, visitor/contractor registration, key management, and other programs
- Oversee safety programs to include Security Department safety inspections, responses to workplace accidents, hazard communication programs, respiratory mask fit testing programs, and others as needed
- Partner with their manager to establish and maintain an operating budget
- Oversee the proper documentation of incidents through the use of the Incident Reporting System
- Manage the Emergency Call System and Notification Alert System
- Provide leadership and a positive example to the team, ensuring that all employees of the department are held accountable for working within the Erickson Way
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an SES Management role
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Emergency Responder role
- Current valid driver’s license
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications may be required based on specific state regulations and requirements.

Pay
Commensurate with experience starting at $73,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
