Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day tactical execution of projects, including detailed analytics of various data points.
• Act as a Mainframe Security expert guiding projects, asset modeling, and making project documentation entries as required.
• Direct interface with client staff on training and day-to-day questions regarding the home‑grown Vulnerability tool and other utility tools used to manage vulnerabilities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Mainframe Security Systems (ACF2, TSS, RACF) within vulnerability management projects.
• Determine security standards for z/OS hardening, security controls, and vulnerability remediation.
• Communicate between mainframe engineering teams and information security teams.

Requirements

• zSecure Audit experience (7‑10 years).
• Experience leveraging z/OS RACF STIG in hardening efforts.

Qualifications

• z/OS security consulting or penetration testing background (preferred).
