About the role
The Security Administration Analyst is a key contributor in the Information Security Division. This individual will collaborate closely with global peers, embrace organizational change, and act as a strong global team member who aligns personal success with the Division’s success.
The role involves ensuring Information Security Management is seen as a trusted, valued, and differentiated organization—delivering best-in-class security, owning the product from design through delivery, and enhancing user experience while enforcing least privilege best practices.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and instill a strong security posture; protect organizational and client data.
- Adhere to least privilege best practices in provisioning access.
- Ensure understanding of the why, what, how, and impact of administered activities.
- Administer user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications.
- Ensure provisioning/deprovisioning activities are executed in real time, accurately, and meet defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with local security coordinators and application/data owners to verify access requests meet SLAs.
- Provide coverage and support for user requests received via the ISM hotline.
- Identify process improvement initiatives and contribute to new workflows.
- Ensure standard business processes align with industry standards, best practices, and business needs.
- Maintain current procedures, policies, and RCSA controls reflective of security practices.
- Contribute to a best-in-class security environment, challenging the status quo.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure a consistent security posture.
- Present key findings, recommendations, initiatives, and progress in clear communication forums.
Qualifications
- Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interest in technology and Information Security, Access/Identity Management.
- Knowledge of security administration technologies and tools such as Active Directory, ServiceNow, SailPoint, RBAC, and Least Privilege Access principles.
- Strong analytical and data mining skills.
- Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Highly motivated with ability to self-manage and embrace ownership.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines; escalate as needed.
