Securities Associate (Investment Funds Group)

Responsibilities

• Lead structured securities offerings and real estate finance transactions, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings.
• Advise public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional investors on commercial real estate matters.
• Provide strategic advice on real estate development and financing transactions.
• Manage large-scale, complex client projects and collaborate with attorneys and business professionals.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing and influencing transactions and client relationships.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings and handling real estate finance transactions.
• Proven expertise in acquisitions, restructurings, complex financings, and development within the real estate sector.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and sound business judgment.
• Able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range: $310,000 – $550,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
