Secure Hardware Manufacturing Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Complete multiple operations while performing as a team.
• Follow procedures and focus on safety and quality.
• Prep orders for their production line and perform departmental duties.
• Operate various machinery to bring product to desired quality specification.
• Inspect parts and product to verify quality.
• Communicate any mechanical or quality issues to the attention of their supervisor and/or Engineering.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active D.O.D. Security Clearance.
• Ability to follow work instructions documents.
• Ability to multitask and work independently, without supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic English communication skills required, including the ability to understand and critical workplace information.
• Fluency not required.
• Experience with any combination of these skills is preferred but not required to apply:
• Experience in electrical component assembly.
• IPC J-STD001 Soldering.
• Trained in ESD protocols.
• Experience and training with hybrid microelectronics assembly in accordance with MIL-STD-883 criteria.
• Experience with wirebond and die attach.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $22.50 - $25 per hour.

Schedule

The first shift hours are Monday through Friday; 6:00am to 2:30pm.
