Secure Facility Project Manager - Alexandria, VA

About the role

The Secure Facility Project Manager will oversee the construction lifecycle, serve as the main point of client contact, and support commercial and SCIF projects. Based in the DC market and nationwide, this role requires technical and workflow expertise, as well as strong client relationships and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and implementation of construction projects
• Training and development of direct reports
• Client liaison and relationship management
• Job cost and cash flow analysis
• Preparation of reports and budget management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience managing SCIF, commercial interior, retail, renovation projects
• Knowledge of TEMPEST requirements and ICD/ICS 705 guidelines
• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field
• Proven track record of independent decision-making
• Mastery of Procore and Microsoft Project tools
• Working knowledge in architecture, engineering, and construction
• Good analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
