Sector-Site Security Manager AHI
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodations, notices, etc. Also remove application instructions, duplicated lines, etc. Keep substantive info.
We need to parse the job description.
Key sections:
- Job Summary: description of role. Could be "About the role". Use About the role
with
containing summary. - Primary Responsibilities: list of duties with percentages. Use
Responsibilities
with- items.
- Additional Responsibilities: "Other duties as assigned" maybe not needed? It's minor; could be included in responsibilities.
- Qualified Experience and Training: Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications, Travel Required, Citizenship, Clearance. This could go under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map.
We have "Qualified Experience and Training" includes Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications, Travel Required, Citizenship, Clearance. That's like Requirements/Qualifications.
We have "Qualified Skills Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:" with subcategories: Required Understanding..., Demonstrated strong organizational..., etc. Also Communication Skills, Technical Systems Proficiency, Complexity of the Role (maybe not needed). That's Skills.
We have "Organizational information: This position reports to HO Export Compliance & Security AHI Direct Reports: Is this a people manager? No # of Exempt Reports: 0 # of Non-exempt Reports: 0 Job Dimensions: Manage operational budgets at multiple sites. Coordinate capital expenditures with CAPEX group to support each site’s security program. Nature of Contacts: Involved Communication on a regular basis with internal and external parties This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth."
That could be part of About the role or Requirements.
We have "Company: Airbus Helicopters, Inc. Employment Type: US - Direct Hire Experience Level: Professional Remote Type: On-site Job Family: Physical Security Job Posting End Date: 09.29.2026". This is metadata; we can fold into a short
maybe under About the role or drop. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. So we should NOT create those headings because no specific content. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. So we omit those. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills. Possibly also "Qualifications" separate from Requirements? The instruction says use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose to include both Requirements and Qualifications if we have distinct content. But we can combine if content overlaps. Better to separate: Requirements could be education, experience, licensure, travel, citizenship, clearance. Qualifications could be "Preferred: Master's Degree", "Preferred Supervisory experience", etc. But we have both required and preferred under Education, Experience, Licensure/Certifications. So we could put required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe just one section "Requirements" covering both required and preferred. But we have also "Qualified Skills Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:" which is Skills. Thus we will have:
About the role
... summary ...
Responsibilities
- ... list items ...
Requirements
- ... education, experience, licensure, travel, citizenship, clearance ...
Skills
- ... skills items ...
or drop it. So we can include a short p with that info. Now Responsibilities: The "Primary Responsibilities:" section includes many bullet-like sentences with percentages. We need to convert each bullet into
