Section Manager

About the role

SAIC is seeking an experienced Section Manager in support of leading a team within our customer's Office of Security. This individual is expected to operate in a diverse security environment. The position will be required to perform at a Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members, oversee daily operations and ensure company and customer standards for performance and productivity are met
• Mentor staff, resolve operational issues, and enforce policies
• Provide subject matter expertise, assistance, recommendations and hands-on-support
• Share knowledge and experience to facilitate effective practices and increase staff awareness of best practices
• Approve timecards and conduct performance reviews

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
• Ability to obtain a Polygraph
• 9+ years of overall related experience
• Proven experience in leadership roles
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent project planning and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills

Pay

Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
