Direct Supervision of Flight Science Engineers
- Coaching, Mentoring, and Development

Daily Duties
- Test Planning, Readiness, Execution, and Reporting
- Communication and Coordination of Testing Efforts
- Test Documentation and Reporting
- Technical Review and Generation of Test Plans
- Safety of Flight Reviews, Instructions, Test Limitations, and Post-Flight Reports
- Coordination of Test Aircraft and Experimental Equipment Configuration
- Design and Development of Safety-Critical Real-Time Data Displays and Derived Parameters
- Proper Use of Safety and Risk Mitigation Procedures
- Compliance with FAA and Transport Canada Regulations
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline
- Minimum of Ten (10) Years of Aerospace Experience
- Previous Experience within a Flight Test Engineering Organization
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Collaboration and Communication with Other Disciplines
- Prioritization, Management, and Absorption of Large Quantities of Data and Information
- Problem-Solving and Coordination Skills
- Experience with IT Tools and Equipment
- Ability to Work with ITAR or CGP Controlled Programs (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident)
