Job Summary
St. Joseph's Center is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills to join their team as a secretary. The role will provide clerical and general related office duties for Maternity and Family Services and support the Baby and Children’s Pantry with a high degree of confidentiality.

What You’ll Do
- Prepares and processes confidential correspondence, reports, agendas and general paperwork.
- Answers phone calls relative to Adoption/Maternity and Baby and Children’s Pantry clients and monitors the Baby & Children’s Pantry entrance.
- Affords assistance with Baby and Children’s Pantry daily operation as needed.
- Maintains and organizes all Infant Adoption files, coordinates application paperwork, compiles legal documents, and manages file archiving and retrieval.
- Affords assistance in donation tracking and completes thank you letters regarding donations.
- Affords assistance in planning special events.

What’s Required Of You
