Qualifications:
- A high school graduate or has a GED diploma.
- Has a minimum of two years business/clerical experience within the past five years.
- Has expert computer skills.
Duties:
- Makes accurate arithmetical computations.
- Has knowledge of basic office/clerical methods and procedures; alphabetizing, indexing, spelling, filing, and proper use of English and Spanish with spelling and punctuation skills.
- Uses office machines and equipment.
- Is proficient in letter composition and is effective in organizing and reproducing all data.
- Demonstrates responsibility when entrusted with confidential matters.
- Maintains calendar, arranges appointments, observations, interviews, school activities, and meetings.
- Opens, reviews, correspondence and channels the various communications to appropriate personnel under the supervision of the Director/Supervisor/Principal.
- Typifies purchase orders and maintains records of expenditures.
- Researches, organizes and prepares various reports as requested (enrollment, personnel, and/or state reports and analysis).
- Prepares agenda and notifies appropriate personnel concerning meetings, conferences, etc.
- Typifies various information and policy booklets, directives and communications.
- Filings and maintains various records, reports and correspondence, as well as maintains inventories of supplies, equipment and curriculum materials.
- Prepares, distributes, and assists in the programs for staff in-service activities.
- Affords assistance in activities associated with finances.

Pay:
As per NBEA Contract (Pending Budgetary Approval)
Salary Range: $55,596 - $67,901
