Schools
- Responsible for all student registration processes, maintaining Synergy, requesting/sending student records, register students, withdraw students, etc.
- Responsible for Grade Quick processes, report cards, scheduling.
- Responsible for Data Steward processes.
- Maintains cumulative and confidential records for all students.
- Screens visitors, telephone calls and incoming mail; personally answering inquiries which in the employee's judgment do not require the supervisor's attention.
Essential Job Functions
- Typing, assembles and disseminates reports, handbooks, correspondence, etc.
- Acts as an information specialist regarding a variety of matters related to operations and policies.
- Maintains good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepares reports and furnishes information requested from within and outside the organization.
- Performs clerical and routine work required to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- May serve as backup for Time and Attendance and Bookkeeper.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Working knowledge of office practices and procedures;
- The school or department's programs;
- Business English and mathematics.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of secretarial duties for one or more professionals;
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Exercise judgment and work with all levels of the school or department.
