Secret Cleared Voice Engineer

About the role

The Voice Engineer will support the sustainment, maintenance, problem and change management services for an enterprise IP voice and video communications infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, troubleshoot services supporting all aspects of voice, video and data networks
• Configure Cisco and Juniper devices
• Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Avaya Aura Application Server
• Perform fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers, call handlers, call routing rules
• Create/support IPSec MPLS VPN Infrastructure
• Familiarity with IPSec implementation and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• At least 7 years of overall experience
• One of the following certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCSP, Security +
• Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Avaya and/or Oracle voice platforms
• Expertise in SIP Internetworking signaling and call flow

Pay

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $43 – 64/hr. The posted range is an estimate. The actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
