Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment conducive to learning
• Absess student progress and provide timely feedback
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration
• Participate in school activities and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to the mission and values of Southern Academy
