PURPOSE
Serves as an educational leader who guides instructional services necessary to educate all students to high standards and ensure that all students meet Indiana’s Academic and are aligned with federal state and district standards requirements laws and regulations.

Work Schedule: Year Around (260 days)
Work Hours: Monday - Friday minimum 8 hours daily. May Vary due to exempt status.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Possess a valid Indiana teaching license and administrator license for the grade levels assigned.
Have documented knowledge of district used data software and the ability to analyze and synthesize data.

FWCS Principals promote the success of every student by collaborating with faculty and community members responding to diverse community interests needs and by mobilizing community resources.
FWCS Principals promote the success of every student by acting with integrity fairness and in an ethical manner.
FWCS Principals promote the success of every student by understanding responding to and influencing the political social economic legal and cultural context.
FWCS Principals must demonstrate participation in and contributions to the goal of district cross functional teams.
FWCS Principals promote the success of every student by providing extra-curricular opportunities which include evenings and weekends in a properly supervised and safe environment.
FWCS Principals promote the success of every student by adhering to FWCS policies and procedures along with all local state and national guidelines.

Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and hear effectively in various environments.
Manual Dexterity: Adeptness in the use of hands and fingers.
Postural Endurance: Sit or stand for prolonged periods as the job requires.
Flexibility: Ability to bend at the waist kneel or crouch to perform specific duties.
Visual Acuity: Close vision ability with the capacity to adjust focus.
Mobile: Freedom to sit or walk at will throughout the work environment.
Strength and Stamina: Capability to lift carry push or pull up to twenty-five (25) pounds or more.
Outdoor Work: Tolerance of work outside in various weather conditions.
