Core Responsibilities

• Inspect parts based on Royal’s quality documentation, such as Secondary Inspection Instructions and Visual Reference Sheets (VRS).
• Complete inspections within the standard seconds‑per‑part target to keep production pace aligned with customer demand.
• Inspect molded parts after first‑shot and last‑shot production runs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist in molding and assembly departments/bays to cover absenteeism and break coverage.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or 3–5 years of solid manufacturing experience.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with computers and G‑Suite products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Ability to pass a Color Acuity Test.
• Availability to work the 2nd Shift (4 pm–12 am) or 3rd Shift (12 am–8 am).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule

Second Shift (4 pm–12 am) or Third Shift (12 am–8 am) with overtime as required.

Pay

$14.15 per hour plus a $1.35 shift premium, totaling $15.50 per hour.
