Respond with Compassionate Action We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Operation Christmas Child team in Charlotte, NC. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
- Work side by side with employees and volunteers to take the love of Jesus to children all around the world
- Play an integral part in the processing of over 12 million shoebox gifts
- Welcome, equip, and coach thousands of volunteers to process OCC shoebox gifts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Volunteer management experience preferred
