Pay

• Full-Time Evening Supervisor (salaried): Up to $93K/year (approx. $44.71/hr.)
• Part-Time Weekends Evening Supervisor (hourly): $38.00 - $48.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure)

Schedule

• Evening: 3pm - 11pm (Second Shift Nurse Supervisor)
• Evening Weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active/Valid RN/LPN license in the state of NJ.
• 2+ years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in a long-term care setting.
• Communicative, hard-working, reliable.
• Team mindset, strong clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
