RN Supervisor 2nd shift

About the role

At WhiteStone, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our evening nursing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring others, and be passionate about delivering resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and excellent service.
• Make rounds and ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are being followed.
• Oversee medication administration and respond to emergencies with confidence and professionalism.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership regarding resident needs and changes in condition.
• Assign staff appropriately and ensure adequate coverage throughout the shift.
• Assist with care planning, assessments, and implementation of resident-centered care.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Help identify opportunities for improvement and assist with implementing solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents and employees.
• Promote a culture of hospitality, dignity, and respect in every interaction.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the State of North Carolina.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Previous geriatric experience required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and confident in emergency situations.
• Passion for providing compassionate care and creating positive experiences for residents and staff.

Pay

$X per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Full-time 2nd Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
