Schedule

  • Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Guaranteed to be paid 40 hours per week, though some weeks you may only have to work 20-30 hours, depending on client needs

Pay

$28.00 to $42.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials).

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards
  • Provide technical feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and pricing
  • Participate in utility programs and retrofit installations as needed

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism
  • 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
  • HVAC education or a strong mechanical background is preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
  • Experienced with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong decision-making skills for repairs and replacements
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques
  • NATE certification is a plus
