Schedule
- Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Guaranteed to be paid 40 hours per week, though some weeks you may only have to work 20-30 hours, depending on client needs
Pay
$28.00 to $42.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials).

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with company standards
- Provide technical feedback to the Service Manager regarding training needs, inventory, and pricing
- Participate in utility programs and retrofit installations as needed
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and commitment to professionalism
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- HVAC education or a strong mechanical background is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Experienced with a variety of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong decision-making skills for repairs and replacements
- Advanced customer service skills
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing techniques
- NATE certification is a plus
