• Began at HomeNet (pre-Autotrader acquisition) as a Tier 1 support rep in a small team of three; grew with the company into a large support organization.
• Promoted to Tier 1 Team Leader, then to Tier 2 (Senior Support), where I remained until departure.
• Gained extensive, practical knowledge across DMS systems, data exports, third-party vendors/services, pricing strategies, marketing strategies, photo/video strategies, and troubleshooting platform-specific issues (e.g., Craigslist ghosting, Cars.com/Dealer.com fixes).
• Worked directly with dealers, vendors, and industry professionals, building a broad network and deep understanding of automotive retail operations.
