We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About the role (maybe "About the role" corresponds to "WHO IS FIRSTCALL MECHANICAL?" and "Position Overview"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (company description). Responsibilities (Job Responsibilities). Qualifications (Qualifications). Skills (maybe Behavioral Profile includes language, math, reasoning, physical demands). Benefits (Benefits Overview). Pay (Competitive Weekly Pay mentioned). Schedule? Not explicit schedule, but maybe flexible hours and on-call shifts mentioned under Qualifications. That could be schedule info. However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay: "Competitive Weekly Pay" is stated, so we can include Pay section. Schedule: "Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed" is schedule info, so we can include Schedule section. Benefits: we have Benefits Overview. So include those sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Use

for prose. We need to decide what goes into each section. About the role: likely company overview and position overview. Could combine "WHO IS FIRSTCALL MECHANICAL?" and "Position Overview". Use prose

    • . Qualifications: list from "Qualifications". Use
      • . Skills: from Behavioral Profile (Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Physical Demands). Could be separate sub-sections? But we only have one Skills heading. Could combine all into

. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must not include application instructions. Not present. We must not duplicate lines. Let's extract content. Company description: "FirstCall Mechanical is a commercial and industrial HVAC services provider in the Houston metro area. Also note: "NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization." This is a note; could be included as a

maybe under Responsibilities or as a note. It's substantive; we should preserve. Could add as a

after Responsibilities. Benefits list: - Competitive Weekly Pay - Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage - Medical, Dental, Vision, Free Telehealth + More - Financial Resources - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a 5% match, Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability - Time-Off & Holidays - Up to 4 weeks of Paid Off, 9 Paid Holidays + Veterans Day for Veterans - Career Growth & Development- Company-sponsored education and career advancement programs like the FirstCall Academy, the Learning & Education Assistance Program (LEAP), and the FirstCall Progression Program - Generous Referral Bonus of $2,500 per referral - Role-Specific Perks - Company vehicle or allowance, mobile phone or phone allowance, uniforms, and work boot and pants allowances Pay: Already listed as Competitive Weekly Pay under Benefits; but we also need a Pay section. Could just note "Competitive Weekly Pay". Might duplicate but okay. However instruction: do not repeat content? It says preserve ALL substantive information; not to invent or summarize away detail. Duplication may be okay if it's in original. But Benefits already includes Competitive Weekly Pay. If we also make a Pay section repeating it, that's duplication but still preserving. Might be considered redundant but not prohibited. However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay into Benefits? But they said include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state Competitive Weekly Pay. Could either put it under Benefits or separate Pay. To avoid duplication, we could put Pay section with just that line, and Benefits section without that line (remove from Benefits). But then we would be removing info from Benefits (the Competitive Weekly Pay). That would lose info. Better to keep it in Benefits and not have a separate Pay section, but then we would not have Pay section despite info present. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It doesn't say we must create them if they exist; we can choose to include them or not? It says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit Pay section if its content is already covered elsewhere (like Benefits). But they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So if we include Pay heading, we must have specific content under it. If we put Pay heading and put the Competitive Weekly Pay line, that's specific. It's okay even if also appears elsewhere. Might be considered duplication but not prohibited. However they might want to avoid redundancy. I'd lean to include Pay section with that line, and keep Benefits without that line (move it to Pay). But then Benefits loses that line; but we could still keep other benefits. However the Benefits Overview originally includes Competitive Weekly Pay as first bullet. If we move it, we alter the grouping but still preserve all info. That's acceptable. Similarly Schedule: we have "Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed" which is also in Qualifications. Could move to Schedule section and remove from Qualifications to avoid duplication. But Qualifications also includes that line; we could keep it there and also have Schedule section. Might be okay. Given the instruction to prefer few substantive sections, maybe we combine Pay and Schedule into Benefits? Not ideal. I'll decide to create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Keep all info, even if some duplication. Now produce HTML. We need to wrap each section in

            heading then content. For lists:
            • ...
            For prose:

            ...

We must not include or . Let's craft. About the role: combine company overview and position overview into maybe two paragraphs. Paragraph1: company overview. Paragraph2: position overview. Responsibilities: list items. Qualifications: list items. Skills: maybe we can break into subheadings? But only allowed

for section headings; we could still use

? Not specified. Better to keep as list with each skill category as a
          • containing a heading? Could do
          • Language Skills: ...
          • . That's okay. Benefits: list items (excluding Competitive Weekly Pay if we put in Pay). Let's decide to keep Competitive Weekly Pay in Benefits and also have Pay section? I'd rather not duplicate. I'll put Competitive Weekly Pay in Benefits and not have Pay section. But then we violate "include Pay section only if posting actually states them". Not having Pay section when they state it might be okay? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It doesn't say we must create them if they state them. So we can omit Pay section if we prefer. However they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So
